You can get your first customer card for free. If you need more cards for your firm employee, the fee is 50 CZK for each cards. For each business you can have maximum of 3 customer cards

You could inform our information staffs to get your temporary card issued by show us your Personal Identification document. Be noted that it's only applicable if your card are registered by trade license under your name. And temporary card does not applicable for VIP card.

Please inform our information staffs immediately when you lost your card to get it disable. You could get your replacement at our information booth, the fee is 50 CZK Be noted that it's only applicable if your card are registered by trade license under your name. And does not applicable for VIP card.

Tamda Foods customer cards have no expiration date. If your card is damaged due to the time, please inform our information staffs to get it exchange for free.

Currently we only accept the physical card. We do not accept customers card in any other forms

No! Lending a card to other are strictly prohibited. In case of being discover your card will be confiscated immediately. If you are being suspected that you are not the cardholder our staff have the right to verify your identity, as it is against our company rules to borrow customer cards.
